I had been on HRT from my GP for 5 years but my symptoms reappeared and I knew that it was going to be a bit more complicated to work out what was going on. It took many months of different hormone levels and methods of taking them to finally come out the other side. And we are there! Dr Meyer has been fantastic throughout. I would encourage any women to go and see her if you want to feel like the you that you were before the menopause.

I am so very relieved I took the time and made an appointment with Dr. Saadia Meyer. I intuitively knew my symptoms needed proper consultation with a hormone specialist and I could not be happier. The clinic is extremely friendly and welcoming. The reception team are polite and accommodating. Dr Meyer is extremely professional and has an excellent manner to help you feel at ease. She is clearly an expert in her field and shares her wealth of knowledge to help you understand this new part of your life, explaining it in a way that empowers you and helps you to feel better. Through blood tests showing a deficiency in my system, I have to admit that I am a changed person after using the recommended creams, gels, tablets and supplements. Dr Meyer really listens to you and remembers you as a person rather than another patient. She adapts the treatment accordingly as time goes by meaning that this is specifically about you and your body and most definitely not a 'one size fits all' approach. She will also share other 'tricks' to aid things for example, a good nights sleep and promotes a healthy lifestyle too.

When I went to the Meyer Clinic, I was at the point of wanting to no longer live, my doctors had just wanted to give me anti depressants and weren’t interested in my menopause. Eight weeks on and taking prescribed medication and vitamins and I am feeling so much better. No more sweats, no more joint pain, my anxiety has lessened, my memory and concentration is slowly returning. We are still working on my irritability but a tweak to my meds and hopefully that will improve too. I’m beginning to believe that miracles do happen. Thoroughly recommended.

Dr Meyer has a true understanding of the full range of challenges experienced by women progressing through perimenopause and menopause. I received a bespoke management plan tailored to my needs (which continue to shift/change over time) and this has given a greater quality of life and sense of control on things previously assumed to be "just life". Would recommend to commit to the plan for an agreed time and decide for yourself. It's made all the difference to my life and mental health.

I was so grateful to find Dr Meyer after years of experiencing peri menopausal symptoms which were being ignored by my GP. I had hit a low point emotionally and was in desperate need to feel ‘normal’ again. Dr Meyer’s supportive and understanding manner were a godsend. Dr Meyer treats her patients from the view of the person as a whole. She goes into in-depth analysis of your symptoms/ lab results as well as your life style - all without judgement but with a view to getting you back on track. I cannot recommend her enough.
